Straight Talk Leads To Real Results

This Blue plan had an aging block of business and slipping market share in the over 65 arena. Its existing birthday program wasn’t providing the results it needed. Johnson Direct’s prescription for turning the situation around included a segmenting strategy, data analytics, testing and fresh “Straight Talk” creative with messaging that was consistent and resonated with seniors. The results: our Birthday, Switcher and Working Longer campaigns established new controls and are helping this Blue plan gain market share again.
