DENISE B. HEARDEN
eMarketing Director

As eMarketing Director, Denise leads and supervises all aspects of electronic and web-based client projects from strategic and tactical planning to execution and reporting, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

Her strong sense of on- and offline marketing has developed over 15 years of measurable marketing communications experience – nine of which have involved working with Grant A. Johnson, founder and CEO of Johnson Direct.

Bringing the mega-successful brick and mortar retailer, Kohl's Corporation, online was Denise's priority #1 when she served as the company's eCommerce Editor in Chief. During her time at Kohl's, she created strategic and seasonal e-solutions for e-commerce, corporate communications, recruiting and gift registry initiatives.

Denise previously worked as a public relations specialist for OshKosh B'Gosh, an internationally recognized children's apparel brand. But most of her career has kept her on the "agency side" with several years experience as public relations manager for a full-service agency in the Fox Valley, and then director of public relations for a marketing communications firm in the Milwaukee area.

Denise's creativity, eye for detail, and insistence upon excellence in client service help Johnson Direct to stand out as a leader among marketing agencies that make measurability and accountability a priority.
